Joseph Young

Joseph Young has a diverse range of work experience. Joseph started their career as a Drupal Web Developer at Adaptive - The Drupal Specialists, where they gained experience in custom module and theme development, as well as building complex views. Joseph then worked as a Deep Learning Intern at the University of Bristol, where they developed a solution using computer vision and deep learning techniques to localize and count vehicles in satellite imagery.

Following their internship, Joseph worked as a Research Associate at the University of Bristol, where they built a monitoring and audit system for a data collection system. Joseph then joined IMITec as a Software Consultant, where they developed a desktop client software for radiation mapping and analysis using Electron, Typescript, and React + Redux.

Most recently, Joseph worked as a Haskell Consultant at MLabs and is currently working as a Product Engineer at Artificial Labs.

Joseph Young obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Bristol, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications, including Efficient Time Management, Leading Yourself, and Learning React.js, from LinkedIn in August and July of 2019.
