Guzmán González has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Guzmán began their career in 2008 as a Technical Support representative at Sitel, where they worked until April 2009. Guzmán then joined TeleTech as a Technical Support agent from June 2009 to January 2010.

In April 2010, Guzmán transitioned to Digitex as a Technical Support specialist and stayed there until September 2013. Guzmán then joined CDS, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company, as a Technical Remote Specialist from February 2015 to July 2016.

Guzmán then moved to Amdocs, where they worked as a Technical and Business Operations Analyst from July 2016 to January 2018. After that, they joined Afiniti in January 2018 as a Technical Support Engineer, but their tenure was only until May 2018.
