Jennifer Vigil has been working in the engineering field since 2013. Jennifer began their career as a Co-Captain and Player-Coach for the UVA Women's Division I Club Lacrosse Team. Additionally, they were part of the UVA Entrepreneurship Cup, where they presented a wrist bracelet design with a RFID tag and vibrating motor that won first place in the engineering school and placed second in the university wide round, collectively winning $13,000. In 2015, they joined Sandia National Laboratories as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, a Mechanical Engineer, and a Critical Skills Master's Program. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Mechanical Engineer for Artimus Robotics.
Jennifer Vigil received their Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 2015. Jennifer then went on to earn their Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2016.
