Cphr Jayelle Morris

Jayelle Morris, CPHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and executive recruitment. Jayelle most recently worked at Artis REIT as the Vice President Human Resources, providing strategic support to company executives and managing staffing and talent management. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at Artis REIT and a Human Resources Coordinator, where they handled employee relations, recruitment, and terminations. Earlier in their career, Jayelle worked at Harris Leadership Strategies as an Executive Recruiter and Researcher, recruiting executives and providing guidance to clients. Jayelle also served as a Supervisor, Aquatics at Rady JCC, overseeing staff and implementing performance measures.

Jayelle Morris, CPHR, SHRM-CP completed their education at the University of Manitoba, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing and Human Resources in 2014. Jayelle furthered their professional qualifications by obtaining certifications such as the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in July 2021 and the CPHR certification from CPHR Manitoba in June 2021.
