Dan Ionescu

Dan Ionescu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and academia. Serving as President and CEO at ARTIS since April 1989, Dan Ionescu also holds the position of President at Mgestyk Technologies, where research focuses on Natural User Interfaces and Gesture Control. In addition, Dan Ionescu has been a Professor and Director at the University of Ottawa since 1985, leading the Network Control and Computing Technologies Research Laboratory. Dan Ionescu holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a Diploma in Mathematics from West University of Timisoara.
