Catherine Mallet, MPH, is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in food safety and quality management across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Artisan Kitchens since March 2019, Catherine is responsible for tracking and reporting plant deviations while ensuring compliance with quality and food safety requirements. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Manager at both C.H. Guenther & Son and Producers Peanut Company, Inc., where Catherine implemented robust quality assurance programs and managed safety standards for ready-to-eat food products. Additionally, experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Transnational Foods Inc. focused on ensuring compliance with federal food safety regulations, while earlier work as an Environmental Health Specialist at the Virginia Department of Health involved enforcing food code regulations. Catherine holds a Master's in Public Health, with a focus on Environmental Health from Eastern Virginia Medical School, along with a Bachelor's in Biology and an Associate's degree in Applied Science.
