Sarika Chauhan MBPsS is an experienced assistant psychologist who has been with Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust since May 2021. Sarika has a diverse background in mental health and customer service, having previously worked as a link worker and mental health crisis recovery worker at West London NHS Trust, where support was provided to individuals in crisis. Sarika's experience also includes serving as a substance misuse recovery worker at Turning Point, focusing on drug and alcohol recovery, and working as a sales associate at Artisan People Limited. In earlier roles, Sarika developed customer service skills as a sales assistant at Sports Direct and volunteered at Blenheim CDP, supporting young people affected by substance misuse. Sarika holds an MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience from Brunel University of London, a Level 2 Counselling Skills course from Learning Curve Group, and a BSc Hons in Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire.
