Tim Hoag

Tim Hoag is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and technology sectors, currently serving as General Partner at Artisanal Ventures since December 2023, focusing on talent-driven investments and building management teams with support from Artisanal Talent. Prior to this role, Tim was a Partner at TCV from August 2021 to December 2023, and held the position of Chief of Staff at Gainsight from February 2016 to March 2019. Tim's career began in investment banking at J.P. Morgan from June 2014 to February 2016. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Accounting from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.
