Joel Schiller

Joel Schiller has over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically in compliance and risk management. Joel started their career at Beneficial Corporation where they served as the VP Internal Auditor for 15 years. In 1999, they joined Artisans' Bank as the SVP Compliance & CRA Officer, where they were responsible for overseeing the development of internal policies and procedures to comply with banking laws and regulations, designing and executing a self-monitoring compliance program, and approving customer contact documents. In 2004, they transitioned to the Delaware Marathon as the Operations Director and held this position until 2016.

Joel Schiller completed their Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Rider University in 1979. From 1975 to 1979, they pursued their undergraduate studies in accounting at Rider University. Joel later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Widener University, completing their degree in 1993.
