Erick Wahome, MSN, MBA

Erick Wahome has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the healthcare industry. Erick started their career at Edgewood Manor in 2004, where they steadily advanced from a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) over the course of eight years. At Edgewood Manor, they provided physical care for residents, administered medications, and ensured accuracy in medication administration records.

In 2012, Wahome joined Truman Medical Centers/ Blue River Rehabilitation Center/ Monterey Park Nursing as a Charge Nurse. In this role, they supervised ancillary and nursing personnel, implemented total nursing care, administered medications and treatments, and evaluated their effectiveness. Erick worked in skilled nursing facilities, an Alzheimer care unit, and rehabilitation facilities until 2016.

From 2016 to 2021, Wahome worked at Consolidated Tribal Health as the Clinic Operations and Health Information Management Director. Erick collaborated with the executive leadership team to build an organizational structure aligned with the organization's mission and financial/operational objectives. With strong business acumen and knowledge of healthcare funding, they made complex decisions in competitive marketplaces. Erick also partnered with medical staff to optimize productivity, clinical and operational performance, staff retention, and satisfaction.

Currently, since 2021, Wahome is employed as a Product Marketing Manager at Artist Crowdfund Exchange. In this role, they work with global customers and partners to identify, promote, and design new opportunities. Erick contributes to new product ideas, providing technical analysis, business justification, and analysis of competitive devices and system-level requirements.
