Tom Lee

Tom Lee is an accomplished music industry professional with extensive experience in A&R and artist management. Currently serving as A&R at Artist House since January 2014, Tom initiates collaborations, oversees talent acquisitions, and manages strategic partnerships with various brands. Tom co-founded Catchweight Entertainment, where management was provided for Billboard-charting artist Johnny Yukon. Previous roles include Senior Director of A&R at Wind-up Records, Manager of A&R at Island Def Jam, and Manager of A&R at Columbia Records, where Tom played a key role in the development of multi-platinum artists such as John Legend and Neon Trees. Tom holds a degree from Baruch College.
