Matthew Iovino has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as Supervisor of A/R Management-Patient Liability and Supervisor of the CNE Access Center at Care New England since March 2021. Responsibilities include supervising a 26-member call center staff, coordinating daily functions, implementing departmental initiatives, and overseeing the CNEMG Referral Hub. Prior to this role, Matthew served in various capacities at Kent Hospital, including Coordinator of the Access Center and Access Center Representative, from August 2014 to March 2021. Matthew's earlier work experience includes roles in customer service and hospitality, showcasing versatility and a strong work ethic. Matthew is currently pursuing education at Western Governors University and previously attended Community College of Rhode Island, where foundational studies were completed.
