Prithvi Raj has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Prithvi started their career as an intern at Mercedes Benz USA in 2004, where they gained experience in product management. Prithvi then worked as an intern at Carrier Corporation in 2005, focusing on business operations and strategy. In 2006, they joined Microsoft as a Senior Product Manager, where they remained until 2009.
In 2010, Prithvi Raj worked as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, where they created people-focused initiatives for a large government agency. Prithvi received an offer to return full-time but decided to explore other opportunities.
In 2011, they joined Zynga as Lead Product Manager and Studio Head of Product. During their time there, they were responsible for P&L, product strategy, and roadmap. Prithvi successfully managed and led the Zynga East product management team during a period of rapid growth and an IPO in 2012.
From 2014 to 2016, Prithvi Raj served as Interim CEO and Head of Product, Marketing, and Strategy at Kitchensurfing, a startup connecting chefs with customers seeking at-home dining. Prithvi played a key role in supporting a $15M Series B fundraising round from prominent investors.
In 2015, they joined PRAJ Advisory as a Principal, providing advisory expertise in product management, startup scaling strategy, digital transformation for Fortune 500 companies, and startup and real estate investments.
In 2016, Prithvi Raj joined SquareFoot, a commercial real estate technology startup, as the President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the business, including marketing, product management, design, technology, finance, and operations. Prithvi achieved significant growth, increasing revenue over 10x and expanding the team from 10 to 80 staff.
More recently, Prithvi Raj has served as an Independent Board Director at ArtistOnGo since 2020 and as a Mentor at Techstars since 2021.

Prithvi Raj completed their education from 2002 to 2006, starting at Princeton University. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with minors in Engineering Management and Finance. Afterward, they joined Harvard Business School from 2009 to 2011 and pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management.
