Shahmir Nadeem

Shahmir Nadeem is a professional with experience in supply chain management and quality control engineering. Currently serving as an MTO at Artistic Garment Industries (AGI Denim) since December 2023, Shahmir previously held the position of Assistant Incoming Quality Control Engineer at Transsion Tecno Electronics (Pvt) Ltd from October 2023 to January 2024. Shahmir also completed a Project Internship at Yunus Textile Mills Limited, focusing on productivity enhancement using lean tools, and held a Production Engineering Internship at Atlas Engineering Ltd., where the project involved designing a product segregation system. Early career experiences include an engineering internship at Yunus Textile Mills, where Shahmir gained industrial knowledge and developed maintenance KPIs for various equipment. Shahmir holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology and a Pre-Engineering Intermediate degree from Aisha Bawani Govt. College.
