Amna Sarfraz

Amna Sarfraz serves as the General Manager of Central HR at Artistic Milliners since June 2022, overseeing a team of 1450 management and 7000 non-management employees within the Spinning & Denim Division. Responsibilities include leading various HR functions such as Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and implementing a Performance Management System. Prior to this role, Amna was the Chief People Officer at Solvecons Private, where a startup was established to connect clients with consultants. Experience also includes significant tenure at Engro Fertilizers Limited in various HR and procurement roles, enhancing processes and leading initiatives that improved employee engagement and procurement efficiency. Amna holds an MBA and a BBA from the Institute of Business Administration.
