Nithya Sudhir

Nithya Sudhir has over two decades of experience in the Financial Services Space and Corporate Training. Nithya started their career in 1999 as an Industrial Trainee at Citi and Citibank NA. In 2000, they joined Bonanza Portfolio Ltd. as Regional Head and Branch Head. In 2010, they were appointed as Vice President at JM Financial. Nithya then moved to Bonanza Human Resource Solutions in 2012 as CEO. In 2021, they co-founded Artium Academy Pvt. Ltd., India's first platform with performance based curriculum designed by Maestros, delivered by Certified Teachers.

Nithya Sudhir completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Mumbai in 1997. Nithya then pursued their Post Graduate Executive Management Program (PGEMP) from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2010. Her field of study for both degrees was Management and Commerce respectively.
