Krista Gilbertson

Krista Gilbertson has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and human tissue processing, currently serving as a Human Tissue Quality Assurance Associate and Supervisor at CryoLife, Inc. since February 2009. Krista has held various positions within CryoLife, including Team Leader and dissector roles for orthopaedic, cardiovascular, and cardiac specialties from July 1999 to February 2009. Prior to this, Krista worked as a teacher at Primrose Schools and as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant at Kennesaw State University. Krista's career began with customer service at Cushman Fruit Company Inc. Krista holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kennesaw State University and has additional education from Florida Atlantic University.
