Richard Ruark

Richard Ruark is a professional artist with extensive experience in both artistic and technical fields. Since November 2021, Richard has been a professional artist at ArtLifting, focusing on acrylic and digital art. Additionally, Richard has operated Rick Ruark Paintings since February 2009, providing paintings and prints directly from ArtLifting. Prior to their artistic endeavors, Richard worked as a designer and 3D animation professional at Mine Safety Appliances Company from January 1992 to February 2009, utilizing software such as Quark, Adobe Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, and Macromedia Director. Richard began the career in the technology sector as a systems programmer at Storer Communications, Inc. from September 1984 to September 1990, where responsibilities included managing PC departments and database systems. Richard holds professional certifications in computer programming and specific applications, complemented by education at McDowell High School in Erie, PA.
