Liz Williams

Liz Williams has over 8 years of professional experience. In 2022, they began working at Ark PES as a Client Success Associate. From 2015-2022, they worked at SAU 56 as a Case Manager & Special Education Teacher, as well as a Special Education & Elementary Education Graduate Dual Internship. From 2013-2015, they worked at NexRep, LLC as a Customer Service Representative. In their role as a Case Manager & Special Education Teacher, they promoted and maintained positive relationships with families, conducted internal and external meetings, and created annual Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). In their role as a Customer Service Representative, they applied problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and disputes, answered approximately 80 calls and emails daily, and addressed customer concerns.

Liz Williams obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Education from the University of New Hampshire in 2014. Liz then continued their education at the same university, obtaining a Master of Education degree in 2016 with a Certification in K-12 Special Education and K-6 General Education. In 2021, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Dyslexia & Language-Based Learning Disabilities from Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, Liz has obtained a Dyslexia and Language-Based Learning Disabilities Graduate Certificate from Southern New Hampshire University, an Experienced Educator Certificate: Special Education (K-12) & Elementary Education (K-6) from the NH Department of Education, and a Therapeutic Crisis Intervention in Schools (TCIS) certification.
