Carolina Amorim has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Head of Creative Data at Artplan, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Creative Data Director at the same company from 2021 to 2023. Carolina also gained teaching experience through a Teaching Internship at Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2021, and as a Guest Teacher at the Universidade Católica de Petrópolis in 2021. From 2018 to 2021, Carolina worked at WMcCann, first as a Media Supervisor at their Kolab department and later as an Insights Manager. Carolina also held the role of Guest Teacher at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2016 to 2019. In addition, they had the opportunity to be a Guest Speaker at Cornell University in 2018. Beginning their career in 2011, Carolina worked as a Market Research Intern at Grupo Posicione/Elipse Web, followed by roles as a Market Intelligence and Consumer Research Intern, and later as an Assistant, at NBS until 2014. Finally, they spent four years at Kantar as a Market & Media expert, dealing with market research, media, and consumer behavior, and working with major Brazilian TV and radio broadcasts and advertising agencies.

Carolina Amorim holds a Master's degree in Ciências Sociais from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they completed in 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master Business of Environment (MBE) degree in Sustainability Studies at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, starting in 2015. In 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication - Advertising from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Carolina has also completed various extension courses, including Consumer Insights and Anthropology at Perestroika in 2014, BootCamp - Creative Planning at MIAMI AD SCHOOL BRASIL in 2011, and Creative Strategy at New York University in 2009. In addition, Carolina obtained an EF SET Certificate - C2 Proficient, demonstrating their proficiency in the English language, from EF Education First in 2019.
