Rich Daubner

Rich Daubner is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Technical Lead for End User Systems and IT Consultant at Arts & Letters Creative Co. since November 2020. Prior to this, Rich held the role of Senior Client Systems Architect at Webroot Software from February 2011 to May 2020, where responsibilities included launching and supporting various end user-related projects. Rich's earlier experience includes serving in various roles, such as Tier 2 Executive Desktop Support and IT Systems Administrator across organizations including Deutsche Bank, IBM, InfoPrint, and Apex Computer Systems from January 2001 to October 2010, and as a Desktop Support Technician at Fountain Technologies from October 1997 to August 2000. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Kean University, completed between 1994 and 1997.
