Carlos Botero

Carlos Botero has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Assistant Food Beverage Manager at Arts Centre Melbourne since July 2011, where previous roles include Food & Beverage Supervisor, Duty Manager, Team Leader, and Food and Beverage Attendant. Prior to this, Carlos held the position of Production Supervisor at Hickory Group from January 2018 to August 2019 and worked as a Sandwich Artist at Subway for a brief period in 2011. Carlos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management in Tourism & Hospitality from William Angliss Institute, completed between 2011 and 2015, and also acquired an EAP English for Academic Purposes qualification from Kaplan Australia in 2011.
