Dat Ngo has a diverse and extensive work experience in the arts and education sectors. They are currently employed as an Associate Vice President at Arts Consulting Group, where they hold the position of Associate Vice President for Leadership Transitions. Prior to this, Dat worked as the Education Director at Adventure Theatre MTC and the Director of Innovation and Engagement at Sitar Arts Center. They also served as the People and Culture Manager at M+R and held multiple roles at the Shakespeare Theatre Company, starting as Training Programs Manager and eventually becoming the Associate Director of Engagement and Inclusion. Dat has also worked as an Assistant Director of Education and Outreach at Philadelphia Young Playwrights and as a Directing Fellow at Philadelphia Theatre Company. Additionally, they have freelanced as a teaching artist. Their work experience spans from 1999 to the present.
Dat Ngo attended W.T. Woodson High School from 1991 to 1995. Dat then pursued their Bachelor's of Science degree in Film/Television at Boston University from 1995 to 1999. In addition, they also attended the University of Richmond in 1994 as part of the Governor's School program, where they studied the Creative and Performing Arts.
