Jeff Erbach has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jeff is currently working as an Associate Vice President at Arts Consulting Group. Prior to this, they worked at the City of Hamilton as a Manager, overseeing Placemaking, Public Art, and Projects from May 2022 to October 2022. From February 2017 to February 2022, Jeff served as the Executive Director at the Art Gallery of Grande Prairie, where they achieved record surplus and attendance. Jeff also worked at the City of Regina as a Manager for Community and Cultural Development, focusing on policy and planning for community capacity building and cultural development, from 2012 to 2016. Before that, they worked as a Creative Manager at the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada in 2010-2011, facilitating collaborations with various organizations and artists. Jeff also has experience as a Faculty Director at the Academy of Acting from 2007 to 2010 and as an Independent Media Artist from 1995 to 2007.

Jeff Erbach obtained their Executive Education in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they attended Confederation College from 1991 to 1993, where they studied Film Production. In addition, they hold a certification in Cultural Planning & Development, Strategic Planning, Placemaking, and Foundations of Cultural Plans from The University of British Columbia, which they obtained in 2013.
