Frances Matthews

Frances Matthews is a highly experienced professional in the music and education sector, currently serving as Senior Officer for Music Education at Arts Council England since March 2015. Prior to this role, Frances held various positions, including Designer, Notesetter, and Project Manager as a freelancer, and served as Publications Officer at Trinity College London.
