Richard Ings

Richard Ings has a diverse work experience in the arts and culture sector. Richard has worked at Arts Council England in various roles since 2012, including Relationship Manager/London Area Lead on arts and health & criminal justice, Senior Manager on Special Projects, and Relationship Manager for Combined Arts. Prior to that, Richard worked as the Lead evaluator of the Be Creative Be Well programme at Arts Council England from 2010 to 2011. Richard also worked as an Evaluator/Researcher at Shakespeare Schools Festival from 2010 to 2011, where they developed curriculum materials and advised on advocacy. In addition, Richard served as an Independent evaluator at The Prince's Foundation for Children & the Arts from 2010 to 2011, Glyndebourne from 2009 to 2011, and National Youth Theatre from 2009 to 2009.

Richard Ings has a Master of Arts degree in Chinese Studies from the University of Cambridge. Richard also has a Master of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of Nottingham. Additionally, they hold a Doctor of Philosophy degree in American Studies from the University of Nottingham.
