Richard Ings has a diverse work experience in the arts and culture sector. Richard has worked at Arts Council England in various roles since 2012, including Relationship Manager/London Area Lead on arts and health & criminal justice, Senior Manager on Special Projects, and Relationship Manager for Combined Arts. Prior to that, Richard worked as the Lead evaluator of the Be Creative Be Well programme at Arts Council England from 2010 to 2011.
