Arts Midwest
In her current role as Chief Administrative Officer, Emily applies a broad range of skills she’s developed from over a decade of experience working in nonprofits. Her primary focus is aligning the organization’s human resources policies and practices with its core values and strategic goals. In addition, she is an accessibility coordinator for Arts Midwest. Before joining Arts Midwest, she worked at the Weavers Guild of Minnesota and the International Quilt Festival and Market.
Emily holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Lake Forest College, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at St. Catherine University.
