Inês leitão

Inês Leitão has extensive work experience spanning over several years. Inês began their career as a Trainer at SCM Sintra in 1994, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they worked as a Cartographic Publisher and Quality Control of Projects at geobit from 2005 to 2008, and then at sigmageo from 2009 to 2010 in a similar role. In 2010, they joined EPAD as a Teacher and continued in that role until 2011 when they moved to EPGE, also as a Teacher, until 2012. Inês then worked as an Educational Consultant at Citec from 2012 to 2012. Since 2013, they have been working at ARTSOFT as a Senior Learning and Development Manager, where they are responsible for project and team management, developing training materials, providing technical support, and overseeing the learning management system, among other responsibilities. In addition, they hold DGERT Certification.

Inês Leitão completed their Master's degree in Technology and Methodology in e-learning at Faculdade de Ciências, UL from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics from the same institution, completing it from 2007 to 2011. Inês also pursued a Multimedia Design and Illustration program at Escola Universitária das Artes de Coimbra from 1996 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Inês has obtained several certifications. Inês became a Certified Practitioner at the Instituto Internacional de Programação Neurolinguística in January 2019. In 2018, they achieved the certification of Certified Nivel 1 from the Escola Portuguesa de Reiki. Furthermore, in 1999, they obtained the CAP (Certified Training Professional) certification.
