Dr. Rajinder Kaur N.

Dr. Rajinder Kaur N. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion strategies, currently serving as Vice President for Global Diversity & Inclusion-External Relationships and Enterprise D&I Talent Strategy at Fidelity Investments since June 2021. Rajinder has also been a Member of the Board of Trustees at ArtsWave since November 2021 and served as a Director on the Board of the International Leadership Association from July 2020 to June 2023. Previously, Rajinder held various leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank, including Vice President of Inclusion and Diversity Strategies, and was a Quality Improvement Statewide Program Leader at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. With a robust academic background that includes a Doctorate in Education from Xavier University and an Executive Program in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School, Rajinder's expertise lies in organizational development, leadership studies, and culturally diverse mindsets.
