Suzi Myers Tipa

Suzi Myers Tipa is a versatile arts educator and fitness instructor with significant experience in dance and movement. Currently serving as Company Manager and Performer at World Dance Theatre since 2005, Tipa is adept at grant research and writing, booking, and professional development. As a licensed Zumba instructor through Suzi Tipa Fitness since 2009, Tipa teaches Zumba, Aqua Zumba, and Zumbatomic across various locations in Westchester County. In addition to these roles, Tipa has been a Freelance Teaching Artist for Arts Horizons and a Rostered Teaching Artist for ArtsWestchester, where Tipa specializes in dance residencies for K-12 schools, including students with special needs. Tipa has also held teaching positions at Purchase College, instructing Latin Dance, International Dance, and Zumba, and has experience as an acting instructor at both Purchase College and the Music Conservatory of Westchester. Tipa's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY), completed in 2009.
