Wen Tien is a seasoned Technical Art Director with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently at That's No Moon since April 2021, Wen leads a team of approximately 20 tech artists to establish a robust AAA game art content pipeline utilizing Unreal Engine 5. Before this, Wen held several roles at Sony Interactive Entertainment from 2012 to 2021, including leading a small tech art team for notable titles such as The Last of Us Part I and II. Previous positions include Technical Product Manager at Disney Interactive Media Group, Manager of Pipeline & Tools at Sony Computer Entertainment America, and Senior Software Engineer at Technicolor Interactive Services. Wen's early career involved significant contributions to the Institute for Creative Technologies, focusing on graphics, animation, and tools development. Educational qualifications include a BS in Computer Science from UCLA and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
