Beata Brodowska is an accomplished professional in customer experience and strategy, currently serving as General Manager for Customer Experience & Strategy at Aruma since August 2020. Brodowska previously held the position of Director of Customer Strategy, CX, Innovation & Transformation at Sirius Strategy Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included business development and service design.
