Megan Cruickshank is an experienced professional in customer experience and strategic design, currently serving as the CX & Solutions Lead at Aruma since October 2022, focusing on improving onboarding experiences for individuals with disabilities. In addition, Megan works as a Senior Strategic Design Consultant for Wellness In Real Life, contributing to a subscription-based app aimed at promoting intuitive eating among women. Previous roles include Design Mentor at Academy Xi, Service Designer at MAKE Studios where inclusive design and creative facilitation were emphasized, and Strategic Designer at Paper Giant, developing digital solutions for vulnerable populations. Earlier experience encompasses UX design at General Assembly Melbourne and account coordination at CHE Proximity, engaging diverse clients across various sectors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communications from Monash University, a User Experience Design certificate from General Assembly Melbourne, and a Customer Experience Design and Strategy certification from RMIT Online, with a Master's degree in Counselling and Therapy planned at Victoria University.
