Shweta Parihar (シュエタパリハール)

Shweta Parihar has worked in various HR roles throughout their career. Shweta Parihar started as an HR intern at Eclipse explore in January 2016 and worked until April 2017. Shweta Parihar then moved on to Omni-Net Technologies Pvt. Ltd, where they served as an Admin cum HR executive from July 2017 to September 2018. From October 2018 to June 2021, they worked as an HR Manager at NewGenApps - Stay a Step Ahead Always. Following that, they joined Sorich Organics Private Limited as a Senior Human Resources professional from August 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they are working at Mirrorsize US Inc as an Assistant Manager Human Resources, responsible for tasks such as recruitment, payroll management, employee engagement, and performance monitoring.

Shweta Parihar (シュエタパリハール) completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR & Marketing from Integral University in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Science from Bundelkhand University from 2009 to 2012.
