Andrew Nothstine

Andrew Nothstine is a professional with extensive experience in urban planning and policy management, currently serving as a Director at Arup since November 2018, following roles as Associate Director and Associate. Prior to Arup, Andrew worked at Deloitte UK from July 2014 to October 2018, initially as Assistant Director in Real Estate Development and previously as Manager of Programme Leadership. Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as National Rail Planning & Policy Manager at the Federal Railroad Administration from April 2011 to June 2014, and Senior Consultant for Strategy and Operations at Deloitte Consulting from July 2009 to April 2011. Additionally, Andrew held positions as Associate Urban Planner at Glatting Jackson, Presidential Management Fellow at the Federal Transit Administration, and Associate Director of Programs at Envision EMI. Andrew holds a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Florida.
