Ir Alice Chow

Ir Alice Chow is a Director of Strategic Development at Arup, where, since 1988, leadership in the Programme and Project Management group in the East Asia Region has included overseeing diverse development projects such as Data Centres, Manufacturing Facilities, and Infrastructure. Ir Alice has been pivotal in enhancing core project management skills while also spearheading new business initiatives focused on sustainability and operational management. In addition, Ir Alice serves as the Chair of the Task Force for the Promotion of Sustainable Development Goals at The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, advocating for the integration of sustainable practices into governmental policy. Ir Alice holds both an MSc in Structural Engineering and a BSc in Civil Engineering, specializing in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Southampton.
