Natalia Marsden is a Senior Consultant in the Asset Management team at Arup in Leeds, where they focus on optimizing maintenance and operations for infrastructure owners. Previously, they served as an Assistant Civil Engineer at SGi Shepherd Gilmour, a Design Engineer and Asset Engineer at Network Rail, and a Research Assistant at Pukeko Research Ltd. Natalia completed a BA in Politics and Sociology at the University of Warwick before earning a BEng in Civil Engineering from The University of Bolton, where they graduated with first class honors. As a STEM ambassador and tutor with the Access Project, they are dedicated to inspiring young women to pursue careers in engineering.
