Paulina Gancarczyk

Paulina Gancarczyk is a skilled Highway Engineer with significant experience in highway design and project delivery. Currently employed at Arup since September 2018, Paulina is responsible for developing highway designs, conducting feasibility studies, and managing detailed design and build projects while ensuring compliance with local management systems. Previously, Paulina worked as an Assistant Highways Engineer at CH2M from July 2016 to August 2018, focusing on timely project delivery, technical report support, and collaboration across disciplines. Paulina began her career with a student internship at TK-BUD Spolka z.o.o., where responsibilities included preparing as-built documentation and supervising construction elements. Paulina holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki.
