Paulina Guerero

Paulina Guerero is an experienced Assistant Project Manager at Arup since June 2022, with a background in construction and engineering. Previously, Paulina worked at Turner Construction Company as an Assistant Superintendent, overseeing important projects such as Harvard Science and Engineering and Amazon L4 Seaport. Key responsibilities included managing trades, conducting safety audits, and coordinating labor for project completion. Paulina also served as an Engineering Assistant, Engineering Co-op, and held various roles within the construction industry, honing skills in project management, safety compliance, and technical documentation. Paulina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
