Rebecca Carter is a Senior Digital Consultant at Arup, focusing on technology-related advisory services in urban energy as part of the Energy+Digital team since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as a Principal Engineer at Sweco UK from April 2012 to December 2022, where project management involved renewable energy studies, district heat masterplanning, and data strategies for water utilities. Earlier experience includes positions as a Research Fellow and Research Assistant at the University of Strathclyde, where work focused on the impacts of electric vehicle charging on distribution networks and energy storage technologies.
