Patrick Fulton

Patrick Fulton is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in talent development and coaching. Currently serving as a Talent Development Coach and formerly as a Talent Development Specialist at ARUP Laboratories since February 2021, Patrick excels in leadership and management coaching, employee training, and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, Patrick operates as a Leadership and Life Coach, focusing on fostering authentic connections between leaders and their teams. Previous roles include Staffing Executive at Robert Half and Operations and Special Projects Manager at iCadenza, alongside a solid background in library services as a Research/Public Services Librarian at the Cleveland Institute of Music. Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science and a Master of Music in Clarinet Performance, both from Florida State University, as well as a Bachelor of Music in Clarinet Performance from Youngstown State University.
