Swapna Aravind Gudipaty

Swapna Aravind Gudipaty serves as the R&D Scientific Manager at ARUP Laboratories, overseeing the development of innovative hematologic cancer diagnostic assays while managing complex projects and stakeholder communications. Additionally, Swapna holds an adjunct faculty position in the University of Utah's Department of Pathology. Previous experience includes significant contributions at Huntsman, where Swapna participated in the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Commission, and conducted important research on immune microenvironments as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Associate. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona and a Master's in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai.
