Ashley M. has a diverse background in arts education and management, currently serving as School Programs Coordinator, Visual Arts Instructor, and Education Assistant at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities since June 2008. Previous experience includes a role as Site Manager at Project Prepare, involvement as a Public Art Database Contractor at WESTAF, and working as an Art in Public Places Assistant (Contractor) for Colorado Creative Industries. Ashley M. holds a Master's degree in Art, Literature, and Culture from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art and English from Drake University.
Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities
The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities offers its patrons the opportunity to develop an improved understanding of themselves and their environment through a direct experience with the arts. The Arvada Center offers theatrical performances, galleries and arts education opportunities for its patrons through a direct connection to the Arts. We produce at least seven theatrical performances a year, several concerts in our outdoor ampitheater and offer hundreds of art education classes for children and adults. We also have three galleries within the premises that exhibit local artists as well as traveling exhibitions, collaborations and permanent installations.
