Denise Lourdes Delgado is an experienced nonprofit leader with a diverse background in board governance and development roles. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities since September 2017, Delgado previously held the position of Director of Development at Girls Inc. of Metro Denver. Delgado's extensive experience includes serving as Executive Director of the Jeffco Schools Foundation, where the mission focused on ensuring academic and personal growth for Jeffco students. Additional board affiliations include the Colorado Association of School Foundations and the Westminster Chamber of Commerce. Delgado's consulting work with Delgado Consulting and previous roles at organizations such as The Women's Foundation of Colorado and Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains further highlight a commitment to community initiatives and strategic philanthropy. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Public Policy from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with certifications in Corporate Social Responsibility from the Leeds School of Business.

Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities
The Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities offers its patrons the opportunity to develop an improved understanding of themselves and their environment through a direct experience with the arts. The Arvada Center offers theatrical performances, galleries and arts education opportunities for its patrons through a direct connection to the Arts. We produce at least seven theatrical performances a year, several concerts in our outdoor ampitheater and offer hundreds of art education classes for children and adults. We also have three galleries within the premises that exhibit local artists as well as traveling exhibitions, collaborations and permanent installations.
