Bill Bluer

Bill Bluer currently serves as the UK Category Manager for LCV at ARVAL UK LIMITED since March 2019. With a long tenure at Arval - BNP Paribas Group, Bill has held various managerial roles, including Manager of the After Sales SMR Network, focusing on the management and development of after-sales services for both car and commercial vehicles, and After Sales Relationship Manager for LCV, overseeing the LCV after-sales network and client support. Previously, Bill held the position of Technical Operations Manager at PHH Arval from January 1993 to January 2000, managing the day-to-day operations of a technical center with 30 technicians. Bill holds an NVQ Level 4 in People Management from Henley College, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
