Eric Caruso

Eric Caruso currently serves as the Head of Sustainable Business at Arval BNP Paribas Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Eric held several key positions at BNP Paribas CIB from April 2010 to September 2023, including Chief Operating Officer for both CIB Company Engagement and CIB Strategic Marketing & Communication, where responsibilities encompassed digital transformation and marketing initiatives. Eric also led teams focused on enhancing employee digital experiences and served as a senior product owner within the Digital for Employees program. Before joining BNP Paribas, Eric worked as a CRM Consultant at IBM France, managing significant integration projects. Educational qualifications include a recent degree in Business Innovation for a Sustainable Environment from HEC Paris, a Positive Impact programme from the University of Cambridge, and a DESMA in Management Information Systems from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
