Hubert Delachaux

Hubert Delachaux currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Arval BNP Paribas Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Hubert held various positions at BNP Paribas Personal Finance from January 2019 to September 2025, including Head of Compliance International Coverage and Development, where responsibilities encompassed global compliance management across BNPP PF countries and strategic development advisory. Additional roles included Chief Compliance Officer Southern & Central Europe and Head of Compliance for Non-Domestic Markets. Hubert has also been the Chief Compliance Officer at Findomestic Banca and held multiple compliance leadership positions at BNP Paribas Personal Finance from 2010 to 2018. Earlier in Hubert's career, senior consultancy roles were undertaken at Athling and CESMO/Devoteam Consulting, focusing on financial institutions and telecommunications. Education includes a Master of Science in Telecom from École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs Génie Électrique and preparatory classes at CPGE.
