Stephanie Reid

Stephanie Reid is a seasoned legal and compliance professional currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Highridge Medical since September 2025 and as a member of the Board of Directors for Camp Hobe' Inc since March 2025. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Sr. Director, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Varex Imaging Corporation from 2017 to September 2025, providing legal counsel on litigation strategies and managing board logistics. Stephanie's experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Varian Medical Systems in multiple capacities, where responsibilities ranged from directing product liability matters to advising on compliance with regulatory standards. Early in the career, Stephanie gained litigation experience as an Associate at McDermott Will & Emery. Stephanie earned a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, credentials include CCEP, CIPP-US, and CIPP-E certifications.
