Charles Patterson

Charles Patterson has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Talent Management Program Manager at Arvest Bank since July 2015. Previously, Charles held roles as a Training Specialist and Escrow Analyst at the same institution. Prior to joining Arvest Bank, Charles served in the US Army from January 2007 to January 2015 as a Human Resource Sergeant and Training Coordinator. Charles also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked as the Front Office Manager at Hilton from March 2006 to December 2010. Charles holds a degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
