Kristi Tucker

Kristi Tucker is an experienced HR Talent Management Program Manager at Simmons Bank since December 2021, specializing in leadership development and talent strategies. Kristi's role includes project management for the High Performance Culture initiative, revitalizing leadership training programs, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness.
